Nova Scotians Still Buying Illegal Cannabis, Survey Shows

One in four Nova Scotians have purchased recreational cannabis. Some Nova Scotians are still buying from illegal sources, according to a survey conducted on behalf of the NSLC about cannabis use in the province.
